Olga Papadopoulou is a research assistant at Multimedia Knowledge and Social Media Analytics Laboratory (MKLab) of Information Technologies Institute of Centre for Research and Technology Hellas (ITI-CERTH) and has participated in EU-funded research projects (vera.ai, WeVerify, InVID, REVEAL, ForgetIT). Her research interests include natural language processing, multimedia analysis, social network analysis and artificial intelligence. During the last years, she is working in the field of mis- and disinformation investigating methods for detecting misleading content leveraging on the context surrounding it. Currently, she is involved in a verification-related project as the project manager.
